标准的中文电子邮件格式是什么样的？

工作已经好几年了，但始终不知道中文的电子邮件标准格式到底是怎样的。英文邮件所有段落都是顶格写的，那么中文邮件到底要不要首行缩进两个字符呢。包括中文正文结束后的落款此致敬礼、顺颂商祺等该是怎样的格式？
